In 2016, I decided I wanted to go to Morocco, which is actually super hard to do from Australia! I got to the point where I was about to put a deposit on my flights and accommodation and was ready to go… and then I found out I had gotten a new job. So my travel plans were put on hold. At the end of my university degrees I decided that I would take myself on a fire and ice trip to both Morocco and Iceland at the end of 2018. Boy, was it a fantastic experience!
I had a myriad of colourful and spectacular experiences from the blue city of the skies in Chefchaouen, to sleeping under the stars in the Sahara, to blocking my nose while I admired the workmanship at the local tanneries in Fes-I saw A LOT of what this magnificent country had to offer.
