In 2016, I ventured to China to check out Chinese New Year, and on the way home our last stop was a week in Taipei. Now, if you follow my mess of travel stories, you’d know that I was incredibly sick in Hong Kong (the stop before Taiwan) and so unfortunately, I did not get to see as much of Taiwan as I would have liked.
