Whenever you travel there are always a couple of gems you come across that hold a special place in your heart!
As far as I have been so far in my journey, I have compiled my top 5 favourite cities
1. Ataco, El Salvador
El Salvador is up there as one of my all time favourite countries! There is just so much to love about this beautiful, vibrant country that I don’t even know where to start! (Plus also, I had a-taco in Ataco, how cool right?!)

2. Mysore, India
India was the first country I ever traveled to and so has a very special place in my heart. Mysore is a city about 5 hours from Bangalore (the big city in the south) and man, on Indian roads, you feel every single bit of those 5 hours!
Mysore is just that little bit more rural and out of the way than some other cities in India and probably one of the easiest to get to (and find accom in!).I also found the array of food and genuine compassion from the locals overwhelmingly beautiful-its a feeling you just can’t describe on paper!

3. Cancun, Mexico
“Dos Corona, por favor” -Me, 2018 (because this was the only Spanish I knew)
I’m kidding, but with Corona’s for $1 each, why WOULDN’T Cancun be one of my absolute top favourite cities?! Not to mention you have gorgeous beaches which rival ours in Aus, plus ancient ruins (on said beaches) and bangin’ Mexican food to go with?! If I ever just up and left, this would be where I would go to!

4. Bagan, Myanmar
Now, this place was on my dream list LOOOOOOONG before I actually got to go there-I know, it was a planned dream wonderland, not a surprise (can you believe it!).
Now a quick google will show you how great this place is, especially with its sunrise/sunset shots over the fields of 2200 pagodas. NOW is the time to visit, because in 5-10 years, this place will be over-visited!

5. Bangkok, Thailand
MY FAV CITY IN ASIA (and I will preferentially fly Thai Airways to ensure I get to stop here, even if for just a few hours!)
Bangkok is one of those big Asian city hubs with so much going on, but in Thailand there is so much rich culture which still leaks itself into the city, its such a vibin’ place-would definitely recommend!
